A roof. A doctor.
A classroom. A chance.
AVOYASROY brings shelter, healthcare, education and livelihood support to forgotten people across Bangladesh and beyond — and stands ready the moment flood, cyclone or disease outbreak strikes.
Real people, real change
Every photo is a family we've already reached — a classroom, a health camp, a workshop building the skills for an independent income.
The light of education, a dream for the future
Phirey Shikha brings dropout youth back into the classroom with tutoring, fees and vocational training.
Health and support, for everyone
Sheba Clinic delivers check-ups, free medication and mobile health camps to families who'd otherwise go without.
A woman's strength, a family's progress
Jibika Support trains women in tailoring, crafts and trade skills that turn into steady household income.
Five ways we stand beside a family
Each pillar answers a different kind of crisis — and together they carry a person from emergency to independence.
Asroy Ghar
Safe housing, food and daily care for abandoned elderly and homeless adults.
Sheba Clinic
Check-ups, free medication and hospital referrals for the sick and unsheltered.
Phirey Shikha
Re-enrolment, tutoring and vocational training for youth pushed out of school.
Jibika Support
Skills training and small grants so hand-to-mouth families reach stable income.
Durjog Sheba
Rapid response with food, clean water and medical aid during floods, cyclones and disease outbreaks.
Vulnerable communities can't wait for the next funding cycle
Monsoon floods, cyclones off the Bay of Bengal, and seasonal disease outbreaks hit the same vulnerable families we already serve — hardest, and first. Durjog Sheba keeps an emergency reserve and a trained volunteer network ready to move within hours, not weeks, wherever the need is greatest.
- Emergency food, clean water and hygiene kits within 24–48 hours
- Temporary shelter for families displaced by flood or cyclone
- Mobile medical teams during disease outbreaks and epidemics
- A trained ward-level volunteer network ready before the season starts
"Every person deserves a roof, a doctor, a classroom, and a chance to stand on their own."— Zahed, Founder
AVOYASROY exists to give forgotten people, wherever they are, three things society has denied them: a roof, a chance, and dignity.
Vision
A world where no elderly person is left to die alone, no child is denied an education for being poor, and no family is one flood or one illness away from ruin.
Approach
We combine shelter, healthcare, education and livelihood support with a standing emergency-response capability — one coordinated, community-led programme rather than scattered charity, built to grow beyond its first community.
Values
Dignity over pity. Full transparency with every donor and partner. Community-rooted delivery, built with and for the people we serve, wherever they are.
Zahed — Founder
MBA in Marketing with 22+ years across marketing, operations and business development. An international student and education consultant based in London, currently studying Health & Social Care at the University of Hertfordshire — building AVOYASROY as a long-term commitment to community wellbeing, starting in Bangladesh and built to reach communities worldwide.
Four gaps, one coordinated response
Family support, state shelters, school retention, and disaster response are all under strain at once, in Bangladesh and in vulnerable communities worldwide. AVOYASROY was built to work across all four, because in real households the crises overlap.

Every person we meet is assessed and matched to the right combination of these five programmes.
